Cleanmark Facilities Limited is a Nairobi-based cleaning company. We clean houses, apartments, offices and commercial premises, and we specialise in the jobs that need real equipment — carpets, sofas, mattresses and post-construction sites.
Most of our work comes from word of mouth and repeat clients, which is how we like it: a cleaning company earns trust one visit at a time.
How we work
- Every job starts with a checklist you approve, so “clean” means the same thing to both of us.
- Teams arrive with their own equipment and products — you supply nothing.

- You inspect the work before you pay.
Equipment and products
We use extraction machines for carpets, upholstery and mattresses, and products suited to homes with children and pets. If you prefer specific products on particular surfaces — a wooden floor, a leather sofa — tell us and we will use them.
Our promise
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it. That is the standard we hold every visit to.
