Common questions
How long does a carpet take to dry?
Typically four to eight hours depending on pile, weather and airflow. We advise on ventilation when we finish.
Can you remove all stains?
Most food, drink and traffic stains lift fully. Old or dyed stains may fade rather than disappear — we assess them honestly before we start.
Do you clean rugs?
Yes, including wool and synthetic rugs. Delicate rugs are handled differently from wall-to-wall carpet.
