Common questions
When should the clean happen?
After all trades have finished and before handover or occupation. For large sites we can do a rough clean mid-build and a final clean at the end.
How is post-construction cleaning priced?
By floor area, the stage of construction and the level of residue. We always do a site visit and send a written quote — no guessing.
Do you remove construction waste?
We remove light cleaning debris and dust. Large rubble and material disposal should be handled by the contractor — we can advise.
